Before Corey was leading property takeovers or managing eight-figure renovations, He was wearing scrubs.

Through his private practice, Marvel Anesthesia PLLC, Corey still works hands-on in hospitals across Dallas–Fort Worth. It’s high-stakes, high-pressure, and no room for error. That’s where he learned how to lead with calm, operate under pressure, and own the outcome. Those same traits show up in how he runs real estate today.

But beyond the numbers and the deals, Corey’s passions are simple and grounded in who he’s always been.

He’s married to Candice Muldrow, his best friend and business partner. She comes from a third-generation real estate family. He came from a family of workers. Together, they’ve spent the last 10 years building M Group Capital, starting with their first deal while planning their wedding.

When he’s not walking properties or working with the operations team, you’ll find Corey:

  • Grilling with family and friends, throwing down serious Texas BBQ

  • Out in the field or on the water with his boys, hunting birds or casting lines where the real conversations happen

  • Traveling internationally with Candice and their crew, because expanding your world expands your thinking

  • Mentoring others, whether through local events or quiet one-on-one conversations

  • Spending time with his kids, because legacy isn’t about headlines, it’s about presence
