Corey Muldrow is the CEO and co-founder of M Group Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm based in Dallas–Fort Worth. Together with his wife and business partner, Candice Muldrow, he has spent the past decade acquiring and transforming underperforming multifamily properties into thriving, stable communities.

Corey’s success in real estate is built on discipline and precision developed through his background in healthcare. Through his private practice, Marvel Anesthesia PLLC, he continues to serve as an independent anesthesia provider across DFW. His experience in high-pressure medical environments taught him to lead with composure, focus on detail, and execute with consistency; principles that define his leadership approach at M Group Capital.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Christian University, and the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Corey is also an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Under his leadership, M Group Capital has earned a reputation for operational excellence, exclusive off-market access, and results-driven execution that consistently improves property performance and investor returns.
